We are a small but dynamic team dedicated to delivering unforgettable experiences for our guests through innovation, creativity, and exceptional service.
As a Graphic Designer at Adventure Attractions, you’ll play a vital role in shaping and maintaining our brand identity across multiple venues. You’ll have the opportunity to bring creative concepts to life, working on a diverse range of projects across print and digital media to engage customers and drive brand recognition.
What You'll Do
* Conceptualise, develop, and deliver creative design work across multiple channels, ensuring all materials align with Adventure Attractions’ brand identity.
* Design marketing materials, including but not limited to social media graphics, web banners, brochures, menus, signage, posters, and email campaigns.
* Support the in-house marketing team with compelling visual assets that enhance engagement and conversion.
* Collaborate with various departments to produce promotional materials for events, campaigns, and seasonal activities.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high design quality.
* Maintain and develop brand assets, templates, and guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
* Liaise with external suppliers and printers to ensure quality production of printed materials.
* Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our visual communications.
What You'll Bring
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in a Graphic Designer role, ideally in-house 1 year plus.
* Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print design work.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
* Strong eye for detail, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
* Ability to manage time and multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with different teams.
* Ability to take creative direction while also contributing original ideas.
* Experience in preparing artwork for print production and liaising with suppliers.
Preferred Skills:
* Knowledge of After Effects and Figma is advantageous.
* Experience in hospitality, tourism, or leisure industries is a plus.
* Basic photography and video editing skills are a bonus.

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent, office based. [Open to part-time option for the right candidate].
Salary: £26,437
