Our client is continuing to grow, and we are looking for a highly organised Repairs Administrator to join our expanding Repairs Department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured administration, working with costs, and supporting a busy technical service team.
You do not need specific industry experience — full training will be provided. If you have experience in quoting, pricing, service administration, or working within a technical/engineering environment, that will be an advantage.
About the Role
As a Repairs Administrator, you will support the full repair quoting process for our lift portfolio. This includes reviewing engineer reports, gathering supplier prices, preparing quotations, updating customers, and ensuring purchase orders are received. This role offers excellent long-term progression within the lift industry.
Key Responsibilities
Quoting & Costing
1. Prepare, draft, and issue repair quotations.
2. Review engineer repair notes and input details into the system.
3. Obtain part prices and lead times from suppliers.
4. Ensure all quotes are accurate, consistent, and completed within agreed timeframes.
5. Maintain quote logs and follow up on outstanding customer responses.
6. Support the Repairs Manager with daily quoting workflow.
Repairs Administration
7. Log incoming repair requests and engineer recommendations.
8. Maintain accurate job status information within the system.
9. Support scheduling, job booking, and customer communication.
10. Handle incoming calls and email enquiries professionally, escalating where necessary.
Purchase Orders & Invoicing Support
11. Chase and record customer purchase orders.
12. Ensure PO values match approved quotations before passing jobs for invoicing.
13. Track and record supplier quotations and associated PO requirements.
Skills & Experience

21. Previous experience in quoting, estimating, invoicing, or cost administration.
22. Experience using CRM or job‑management systems (BigChange experience beneficial).
