We are recruiting for a confident, people-focused Administrative Assistant to support our Park Food & Beverage team with their daily operations.
This role is fast-paced and requires someone with the ability to multi-task and ensure the Food and Beverage Department meets its targets daily, weekly, and monthly.
Working 5 days out of 7, with shifts ranging from 8am-6pm.

A day in the life of an Administrative Assistant would include...
* Greeting our frontline team every morning
* Supporting the Unit Managers with daily, weekly, and monthly administrative tasks to ensure the F&B department remains within P&L budgets
* Conducting team briefings to update staff on relevant information for the trading day
* Answering calls from the units and resolving issues promptly
* Coordinating daily operations to ensure all areas are covered and team members receive lunch breaks in accordance with working law
* Working closely with the Scheduling Team by reporting absences, lateness, or sickness, and conducting relevant Return to Work meetings
* Responding to email queries from team members in a timely manner
* Building weekly schedules for the frontline team
What is required for this role?
Desirable qualities include...
* Previous Food and Beverage or Administration experience
* The ability to remain calm under pressure and complete tasks efficiently
* Excellent communication skills with both frontline staff and management
* Flexibility and adaptability to support business needs
* A positive, approachable attitude and willingness to be a team player
