This role is integral to the Residential Property/Conveyancing team, and we're in search of a friendly and proactive individual with a strong background in Conveyancing Legal Secretarial work. The ideal candidate will be ready to hit the ground running and provide vital support to a busy team of Fee Earners, offering top-notch secretarial and administrative services.
Key Responsibilities
* Document and Correspondence Preparation
* Audio Dictation and Typing
* File Administration.
* Arranging Appointments
* Handling a variety of property-related tasks, such as submitting search requests, ordering documents, and processing applications for transfers and mortgages through the Land Registry.
* Sales Contract Drafting
* Post Exchange Formalities
* Day of Completion and Post-Completion Matters
Qualifications and Experience
1. Previous experience as a Legal Secretary in Conveyancing
2. Exceptional attention to detail
3. Strong organisational and time management skills
