About the Position
We have a truly unique opportunity for an experienced, determined and commercially minded individual to make a difference at Kraft Heinz.
As the National Account Executive Contract Catering and Retail Hosts, you will be responsible for account management of two of our biggest channels, negotiating JBPs, and finding ways to profitably grow and add value for our customers, such as Compass Group, NHS, Sodexo, Tesco, Asda, Sainsburys, and Morrisons.
You will be the commercial owner of the P&L, managing relationships and agreements with these customers.
As a channel and customer expert, you’ll identify opportunities and leverage insights to support our customers.
You will report to Kate Laughey, our National Account Controller, and work closely with the Food Service Team in our Northern Europe Omnichannel Business Unit.
You will be based in London, with flexible work from home options and customer visits as needed.
You will be part of a collaborative team driving our 10-year growth plan, with opportunities for meaningful contribution and ownership at Kraft Heinz.
Your responsibilities include:
* Account Management of Contract Catering and Retail Customer channels
* Full P&L ownership
* Negotiating contracts from planning to execution
* Growing business through new customers, innovation, ESG, and activations
* Forecasting and performance reviews
* Collaborating with Culinary and Marketing teams to create effective selling materials
Qualifications & Experience
* 2+ years in account or commercial management
* Proven customer relationship and negotiation skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and credibility
* Fluency in English
