Communications Lead/Transformation - delivering Internal Comms Transformation - Fixed Term Contract - 12-24 Months
Our client a UK National Provider in the Services arena are looking for an internal Communications Professional to deliver the internal transformation programme to the business.
Reporting into one of the UKs best People & Change Transformation Leads with a dotted line to the Chief of Staff ( accountable for internal comms) and working closely with the Internal Comms Manger who is leading on the Business As Usual Comms Activity.
Key areas of Focus for the role are:
* Executing a comprehensive communication strategy
* work closely with the project team
* understand the changes being implemented and develop messaging that is clear, concise, and tailored to the needs of each stakeholder group.
* Managing the communication channels
* Ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed and engaged throughout the lifespan of the transformation.
* Delivering on the stakeholder engagement plan
* Communication Design and Development
The communication lead will play a key role in managing resistance to change and ensuring that the project is delivered with widespread employee engagement and a seamless transition to the new ways of working.
This is an exciting role and the ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Communications lead who had led on internal comms and delivered a transformation programme.
Our client is open to sectors such as Construction, Services, Utilities, Logistics, Manufacturing, Retail, Airline, Aviation and similar sectors. The key is we are looking for a self starter who has a proven track record as a Communications Lead with internal comms and transformation.
