Description 10 years’ BA experience, preferably in Utilities domain Preferred Salesforce, FSL experience Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and communication skills Experience writing user stories, process maps, acceptance criteria and UAT scripts Responsibilities Lead client workshops and discovery sessions to elicit, clarify and prioritise requirements Translate business needs into clear artefacts: user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, data mappings, wireframes and functional specifications. Act as the client-facing BA / subject-matter contact during requirements, design, build and UAT phases. Collaborate with Architects, Developers, QA, Product Owners and Project Managers to ensure alignment and feasibility. Champion best practice for requirements governance, traceability and change control. Support user acceptance testing: define scenarios, coordinate UAT, capture/triage defects and sign off releases. Provide guidance on Salesforce capabilities and configuration vs customisation trade-offs. Support training needs analysis and production of user guides or release notes. Monitor delivery risk and escalate issues; propose pragmatic mitigation options. Build strong relationships with client SMEs and influence at both tactical and strategic levels. Required experience & skills Qualifications 10 years’ BA experience, with at least few years in the Utilities sector (Network operations, Metering, Asset management etc). Experience working on Salesforce implementations, FSL. Strong facilitation and communication skills — comfortable leading workshops and presenting to senior stakeholders. Experienced in writing user stories, detailed acceptance criteria and functional specifications. Practical knowledge of process modelling (BPMN or equivalent), data mapping and business rules. Hands-on experience supporting UAT and producing test artefacts. Strong stakeholder management: managing expectations, negotiating priorities and resolving conflicts. Good understanding of integration patterns, data flows, and how Salesforce integrates with field-service systems. Proven analytical thinking, attention to detail and ability to work in agile delivery teams.
