Document Controller -Near Devizes -Start Date: Early April -Duration: Minimum 12 Months -£16.50 - £17.00 per hour MadiganGill are currently recruiting for an experienced Document Controller to join an ongoing construction project near Devizes. This is a long-term opportunity offering stable work for at least 12 months. The Role You will play a key part in supporting the site team by managing and maintaining accurate project documentation. This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and confidence using Microsoft Office applications. Key Responsibilities Setting up and maintaining site filing systems (electronic and hard copy) Managing and organising project documentation Using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Communicating with subcontractors via email Recording and maintaining RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) Ensuring all documentation is up to date and easily accessible Requirements Previous experience in a similar Document Controller or site administration role Valid photo ID Strong IT and organisational skills Reliable and professional attitude Working Hours Monday - Friday 07:30 - 17:00 (45 hours per week) If you are interested in this position, please apply today and a member of the MadiganGill team will be in touch.
