NEW POSITION: We are recruiting for a Payroll Clerk to join a leading logistics company based within the Colnbrook area. THEY WILL LOOK AT PART TIME HOURS ALSO, THEY ARE FLEXIBLE FOR THE RIGHT PERSON. Duties will include: * Collect and verify employee working hours * Run monthky payroll of approxx 320 employees * Calculate pay according to hours worked incorporating leaves and overtime * Calculate overtime, bonuses and commissions * Manage and calculate taxes and deduction * Ensuring payroll records are kept up to date * Calculate maternity pay * Use of SAGE 50 * Submitting P11Ds * Handling any queries regarding payroll from employees * Prepare and submit reports with payroll information to manager * Reporting to the Accounts/ HR manager Experience needed: * Previous experience within payroll * Sage 50 & 200 experience * PC literate * Outstanding communication skills * Attention to detail * 5 year checkable history/ clean DBS check
