Recruitment Manager – Accountancy & Finance, Southampton | Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days WFH)
Salary & Benefits
Salary: Up to £45,000 pa (Including car allowance + uncapped bonus)
Responsibilities
* Full ownership of the Accountancy & Finance market across the South Coast
* Run a successful 360 desk (perm, contract & temp finance)
* Maximise revenue from existing clients while expanding market share
* Develop and execute clear BD and growth strategies
* Position yourself as the regional A&F expert with clients and candidates
* Work alongside senior leadership to build a team once revenue milestones are reached
Qualifications
* Proven success in 360 recruitment (A&F or another white‑collar/professional market)
* Strong commercial awareness and confidence owning a market
* Track record of billing, BD, and relationship development
* Ambition to step into — or continue — leadership
* Professional, values‑driven approach aligned with fairness, ownership, and collaboration
