Cpl Healthcare has partnered with a care home facility in Northern Ireland to recruit a Staff Nurse (Day shifts).

About the role:
1. Developing tailored care plans
2. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
3. Making clinical decisions based on professional judgment
4. Administering medicines
5. Maintaining resident records
6. Providing support to care staff
Requirements:
* Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with active NMC registration
* Experience with PREPP, Primary Nursing, Care Planning, and The Patients Charter, especially related to elderly care
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements (RQIA, HSCT, health and safety)
* Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork
* Ability to manage workload efficiently while maintaining high standards
* Proficiency in written and spoken English and valid work permit
* Good general health (medically fit)
* Previous experience in a nursing or care home setting (preferred)
* Ability to work within a family-valued, award-winning team
