Painter - 1x Fixed-term for 6 months, full-time role available. As we continue to grow, Tai Tarian is looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic, Painter to carry out work locally in our properties and related assets. The role is fixed-term for 6 months, with a starting salary of £27,332 a year, rising to £29,805 after key competencies of the role are met. Criteria for Role: To be successful in the role of Painter you will be required to have a minimum Level 2 qualification in Painting along with a minimum 1 years' experience. You must have a valid CSCS card and valid UK Drivers Licence. About the role Reporting to the area Team Leader this role is responsible for undertaking skilled maintenance work within your designated trades to our assets and void properties. You will provide practical skilled expertise, ensuring service demands are met timely, effectively, and efficiently.
