We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team at Connexus. This senior role is central to delivering high-quality analysis, reporting and insight that supports robust, evidence-based decision-making across the organisation.
As the most senior analyst within a team of three, you will provide technical leadership, quality assurance and mentoring, working closely with the Business Intelligence Manager to support delivery of the organisation’s data and analytics strategy. You will act as a senior point of escalation for complex analytical work and help set standards and best practice across reporting, analysis and data quality.
You will lead the design and delivery of complex operational and strategic dashboards, reports and performance packs using Power BI, SSRS, SQL, Excel and Crystal Reports. Working with large datasets across customer, property, financial and colleague information, you will analyse trends and performance, translating complex data into clear, actionable insight for stakeholders at all levels.
You will also lead on data quality, governance and compliance, including ownership of assigned datasets and regulatory returns, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance with GDPR and internal data standards. From a technical perspective, you will develop and optimise complex SQL queries and automated reporting solutions, and support system changes and the adoption of modern analytics approaches, including Microsoft Fabric where appropriate.
We are looking for a proactive, detail-focused analyst with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills and a passion for driving improvement through data. If you enjoy working collaboratively and want to make a real impact in a forward-thinking, community-focused organisation, this role offers an excellent opportunity.
This role has been identified as suitable for hybrid working which will be a combination of home working and working from our offices, with Head office at Craven Arms and travel to other offices as required.
