* Support UAT activities for Order Management processes, including test planning, execution, and defect management.
* Collaborate with business SMEs and IT teams to ensure test coverage aligns with in house operational requirements.
* Execute test scripts and validate system functionality against business processes.
* Document test results clearly and escalates issues for resolution.
* Act as a liaison between IT and business teams, translating technical requirements into business context and vice versa.
* Ensure compliance with in house testing standards and governance.
Required Skills & Experience
* Strong expertise in Order Management processes (Order-to-Deliver lifecycle)
* Hands-on experience with SAP Order Management modules
* Familiarity with UAT methodologies and test management tools
* Proactive in identifying inconsistencies and resolving them effectively
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Highly Desirable
* Optical Character Recognition (OCR) environmental experience, Supply Network Collaboration (SNC), Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) would be an asset
* Operational experience in consumer goods or manufacturing environments.
* Ability to adapt between testing and operational roles as needed.
