You must be able to connect with individuals on a deep level, providing them with customised care, and helping them achieve their individual goals. You will be assisting individuals with personal hygiene, grooming and dressing, empowering them to feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. A kind understanding and flexible approach to your work is needed as you will also provide emotional support and encouragement to help these individuals build their confidence and self –esteem.
