Wake Night Mental Health Support Worker
Location: Supported Living Service
Hours: Wake Night Shifts (rota-based)

Are you caring, patient, and calm under pressure? We're looking for a Wake Night Mental Health Support Worker to join our dedicated supported living team.
What you'll do:
* Provide reassurance and support to residents overnight
* Carry out regular welfare and safety checks
* Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and effectively
* Keep clear records and handovers for day staff
* Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all times
What we're looking for:
* Experience in mental health, learning disabilities, or complex needs support
* Compassionate, reliable, and able to work independently
* Good communication and observation skills
* NVQ/QCF Level 2 Health & Social Care (desirable but not essential)
