Job Description
Provide efficient and effective, customer-focused support to Council Services, working on an individual basis or collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and flexibility are required. This role is suitable for someone who is well-organized, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Using sound judgment and following strict guidelines and processes to ensure accuracy is essential, given the statutory element of the role.
This role offers hybrid working arrangements.
The post holder is expected to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
