Job Description: Act as the on-site stakeholder interface, managing the delivery of Mitie contractual outputs, including statutory, mandatory, and reactive performance indicators. Oversee small additional works projects from inception to handover. Key Accountabilities: Ensure compliant, efficient, and timely delivery of maintenance and response works per statutory legislation, MoD requirements, Health and Safety, and Environmental standards. Monitor Supply Chain teams to ensure qualified operatives with appropriate equipment, skills, and vehicles. Assess Supply Chain service delivery for value, quality, and safety to meet performance indicators. Review and coordinate Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and ensure Maximo system task recording. Maintain compliance with JSP 375, Asbestos and Legionella management plans, and act as Responsible Person where required. Work closely with Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) and end-users to support estate activities, resolve issues, and provide technical advice. Develop formal Additional Works project submissions, assist in complaints resolution, and support Helpdesk requests. Promote a safety culture and ensure efficient, economical operations while managing stakeholder expectations and contract risks. Skills & Experience Proven experience managing staff in Construction, Property Maintenance, or related fields, including operational delivery, task prioritization, and site activities. Experience with Facilities Management. HNC-level qualification in Building/Civil or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience. Management-level qualification in Health & Safety (IOSH). Desirable: IFE Level 3 Certificate and GIFireE Qualification.
