We are now looking for someone to help us convert demand into bookings and keep that momentum strong.
The Role
You will be the first point of contact for our customers, turning enquiries into confirmed bookings and helping people plan exceptional experiences.
This is a combined role covering:
* B2B and B2C Sales
* Marketing and outreach work
You will:
* Handle inbound enquiries (email, phone, and social channels)
* Ownership of our Zoho CRM system
* Manage the customer journey from first contact to confirmation
* Support marketing campaigns and content delivery
* Develop and lead new sales strategies
* Lead the Sales of our Industry leading Instructor Academy
What Makes This Role Different
This is not a traditional sales role.
You will be:
* Selling experiences rather than products
* Working in a seasonal environment with an ebb and flow of business.
* Supporting real-time bookings that directly impact daily operations
Every booking represents a meaningful customer experience.
Who This Role Suits
This role would suit someone who:
* Has in-depth knowledge of using CRM systems
* Marketing or content creation experience
* Experience in B2B sales as well as B2C.
* Has Sales or customer service background
* Is organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
* Brings energy, initiative, and a proactive mindset
* Wants to be part of a growing and ambitious business
* Has the ability to work in a fast-moving environment
* Interest in outdoor activities or adventure-based environments
* Experience with Zoho systems
* Previous experience working in a small team
* Previous experience with the Google Suite
Working Pattern
* Full-time (40 hours per week)
* Peak Summer season Weekend and Summer holiday availability required
* Remote work opportunities available during the Winter months (Start of November - end of March)
