Job Description
We are currently looking for motivated and reliable Recycling Operatives to join our team at a busy facility based in Carlisle. This is a physically active role ideal for individuals who are safety-conscious and committed to maintaining high environmental and operational standards.
As a Recycling Operative, you will be responsible for sorting recyclable materials on a picking line and ensuring all site procedures are followed correctly.
Please note: due to the location of the site, you must be able to drive or have reliable transport.

Main Duties:
* Working as a Recycling Operative on a picking line to sort recyclable materials efficiently
* Following site recycling procedures and company protocols
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
* Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
* Reporting any hazards or issues to supervisors

Requirements:
* MUST be able to drive due to location
* Previous experience in a recycling or waste management environment (preferred but not essential as full training provided)
* Physically fit and able to work on your feet for extended periods
* Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
* Strong awareness of health & safety procedures
* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
