Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and nurture long-term relationships with assigned key accounts.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and strategic discussions.
* Understand client goals, challenges, and usage patterns to proactively encourage greater product/service adoption.
* Develop account plans to drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
* Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities tailored to client needs.
* Monitor account activity and ensure clients are drawing down on available services effectively.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, Product, etc.) to deliver seamless client experiences.
* Regularly review performance metrics with clients and provide recommendations for optimisation.
* Prepare and deliver reports, proposals, and business reviews to demonstrate value delivered.
Qualifications
* Proven track record as an Account Executive, Relationship Manager, or in a similar client-facing role.
* Experience managing large, complex accounts with multiple stakeholders.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to spot and develop growth opportunities.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret client data and usage patterns.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
