Affinity Workforce is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary School Teacher to fill a long-term position. We are also seeking someone to fill short-term, flexible roles. This person's main goal is to inspire and support the learning and well-being of children aged 4-11 years. This rewarding role involves delivering engaging lessons, nurturing young minds, and fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment. You'll play a key role in shaping children's early educational experiences and building strong foundations for lifelong learning. You Will: Plan, deliver, and adapt creative and age-appropriate lessons across the primary curriculum. Support pupils with varying levels of ability, including those with SEND. Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing feedback and adapting teaching strategies accordingly. Create a safe, stimulating, and supportive classroom environment. Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to support holistic development. Promote good behaviour and a love of learning through encouragement and positive reinforcement. The Ideal Candidate: Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Has experience teaching in a primary school setting (EYFS, KS1 or KS2).
