Location: Hybrid Salary: Competitive Hours: Monday-Friday 09:00-17:30 About the role: As a UC & CCaaS Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and integrating Unified Communications (UC) and Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) solutions – specifically focusing on platforms such as Mitel, Five9, Zoom Phone, and Zoom Contact Centre. You will play a critical role in advising our clients on best-fit communication solutions, demonstrating the solution, ensuring seamless integration with third-party systems including Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, as well as other third-party systems through API development and configuration. What makes you a great fit: Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset. Proven experience delivering UC/CCaaS solutions, ideally in a consulting or systems integrator role. In-depth hands-on knowledge of Mitel, Zoom and Five9. Solid understanding of telephony concepts, SIP, VoIP, and contact centre metrics. Experience with integration tools. Preferably already hold certification in Zoom Developer Platform, or experience with Zoom SDKs and Five9 Admin or Integration certification. Organised and calm under pressure. Passionate about continuous learning and staying current with tech trends. Empathetic, tactful, and professional in all interactions. Reliable team player who shares knowledge and supports others Key responsibilities: Solution Design & Consulting Work directly with clients to gather business requirements and design UC & CCaaS solutions. Lead discovery sessions to assess integration needs with CRM systems. Create solution design documents and functional specifications tailored to client environments. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Support Engineers, Client Directors and Account Managers to ensure the delivery of successful projects. Keep up to date with new product features. Contribute to internal knowledge base and best practice documents. Customer Engagement & Support Serve as the technical lead during client engagements, from pre-sales through to deployment and post-implementation review. Conduct training workshops and knowledge transfer sessions for customers and internal teams.
