HGV Class 1 Drivers Wanted - Ellesmere Port
Are you an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver looking for a permanent job? We're recruiting experienced drivers to join a leading logistics company based in Ellesmere Port.
Pay Rates:
* PAYE - £16.81 per hour
* Umbrella - £18 per hour
Shift Times:
* Monday to Friday
* Start times between 05:00 - 08:00
Job Role
This role will include driving both HGV Class 1 and HGV Class 2 vehicles, depending on the work.
* Driving either a HGV Class 1 or HGV Class 2 Vehicle with either Flatbed or Curtain-Sided Trailers
* Making between 1 to 5 deliveries or collections per shift to depots across the UK
* Securing loads safely (strapping & securing)
* Completing daily vehicle checks and monitoring driving hours
* Keeping in touch with the Transport Office throughout your shift
Skills & Experience
* HGV Class 1 Licence, CPC & Digi Card
* Minimum 2 year's experience driving Class 1 vehicles
* Maximum of 6 points on your licence (minor endorsements only)
