What you’ll be doing
As a Trainee Wheel Repair Technician; you will be trained to be responsible for carrying out any general wheel repairs (internal and external) to customer vehicles and used-car stock. Duties will include repairs to painted and Diamond cut wheels (using our CNC Lathe) along with wheel straightening and balancing. You will prioritise according to business needs and carry out work to the highest standard of workmanship, using the tools provided.
Teamwork is key; you will need to be willing and able to be hands on as you will be responsible for removal and refitting of wheels.
Your experience/skills
No experience needed, but any previous motor trade experience will be advantageous. You will enjoy exceeding customer expectations and working to a high standard. You will have physical and manual dexterity to undertake detailed repair work. You will have a full, valid, clean UK Driving Licence.
