Your Role:
We’re on the lookout for a proactive Purchasing Administrator to join the SUSHISAMBA Group team. The Purchasing Administrator will play a key role in the day-to-day purchasing operations across the restaurant group. They will be responsible for processing orders, maintaining supplier relationships, managing inventory data, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with chefs, managers, and suppliers.
Please note that the projected start date for this position will be Tuesday 9th December 2025.

Your Requirements:
As a Purchasing Administrator we would love you to have:
* Previous experience in a purchasing, procurement, or administrative role (hospitality or foodservice industry preferred).
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with inventory or procurement software is a plus.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Knowledge of food and beverage products.
* Experience working with multiple restaurant sites or suppliers.
* Familiarity with sustainability and ethical sourcing practices.
