Overview
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee cleaning operations across multiple client sites, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and customer satisfaction are consistently met. You'll be responsible for supervising cleaning staff, conducting site audits, managing stock levels, and stepping in to clean when needed.
This is a mobile role requiring travel between different locations, so a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and support a team of cleaning operatives across multiple sites.
* Ensure all cleaning duties are carried out to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations.
* Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain standards.
* Provide on-site training and guidance to cleaning staff.
* Manage stock and cleaning supplies, ensuring all sites are properly equipped.
* Liaise with clients and management to resolve issues and respond to feedback.
* Provide cover cleaning during staff absence or emergencies.
* Ensure completion of timesheets, incident reports, and site paperwork.
* Maintain a flexible and responsive attitude to meet operational needs.
Requirements:
* Previous cleaning supervision experience (minimum 1 year preferred).
* Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends if required.
* Good understanding of COSHH, health & safety, and cleaning standards.
* Right to work in the UK.
