Summary
We are seeking dedicated Weekend Cleaner(s) to join our team at Hart Care. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our care homes, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents and staff.
Responsibilities
* Perform thorough cleaning of all communal areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchens within the care homes.
* Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and responsibly.
* Maintain a high standard of cleanliness to support the health and well-being of residents.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
* Assist with waste disposal and recycling procedures.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas are kept clean and organized.
* Qualifications
* Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards.
* Good communication skills.
* Reliable and punctual attendance.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning.
* Previous experience working in care environments is a plus.
