Membership Services Consultant Apprentice - Hatfield Would you like to join Europe's leading premium health and wellness group? As an Apprentice Membership Services Consultant, you will work in a fast-paced environment, making a high volume of outbound calls to members who are leaving or have missed a payment, supporting our efforts to reduce member attrition. In addition to gaining valuable hands-on experience, you will work towards a Level 3 Customer Service Apprenticeship. This will equip you with a strong understanding of customer insights, customer journeys, service performance, and the delivery of outstanding customer experiences, while also developing your knowledge of ownership, accountability, and cultural and environmental awareness. About you: As an apprentice you will receive full on the job training for all key elements of the role. Desired, skills and experience include:
* Eligibility to complete the apprenticeship programme
* A genuine passion to serve when engaging with members and team members
* Some customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
* Intermediate Skills in Microsoft Office & Excel
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to use own initiative and manage own workload
This role will be for 35 hours per week : Shifts Mon-Fri including one Saturday per month (Day back in lieu) and is office based full time in our Club Support office in Hatfield. Join us and help us create a thriving and inclusive culture. Together, we're more than a Club!
