Sales Director | Bridging Finance | London
A highly ambitious, well-backed bridging lender is entering a major growth phase and is now looking to appoint a proven Sales Director to lead national expansion.
This is a build role not a maintenance position. The business is scaling fast, investing heavily, and looking for a leader who can genuinely shape direction, performance, and market presence across the UK broker landscape.
They are not looking for management for the sake of it they want a commercially driven leader who knows how to win in bridging finance and grow a serious lending book.
The role will focus on:
Leading and driving national sales performance across bridging finance
Building and developing a high-performing sales function
Expanding key relationships across the broker & introducer market
Working directly with senior leadership on growth strategy and execution
Driving revenue, pipeline strength, and market penetration
You will need:
A strong, proven network within bridging finance
Senior leadership experience (Sales Director / Head of Sales level)
A track record of scaling teams and driving lending growth
Strong presence within the broker/intermediary market
A commercial, high-performance mindset with real energy and influence
Package:
Up to £140,000 basic salary
Significant uncapped bonus potential
Hybrid working model
London office presence (2 days per week)
