Customer Care Agents (contact centre) - Automotive Repair Centre
Working hours for the role are specific: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:30pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 8am-12pm

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented person to join our contact centre team in Witham, Essex. Working in a state of the art environment, you will be responsible for managing our customers vehicle repair journey following accidents on the road.
Key responsibilities include:
* Processing new repair claims received from insurance companies and other work providers
* Managing our customer experience journey via phone call, texts and emails
* Booking customers in and arranging replacement hire where required
* Liaising with the sites transport manager on bookings
* Dealing with incoming phone calls
* Updating insurance companies via email. phone and online portals
* Ensuring daily KPI targets are achieved
* Associated admin relating to invoice loading and data processing
Previous experience & skills:
* Ideally you will have previous office based customer experience and admin skills
* Experience within the motor trade would be beneficial but not essential
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
* Proficient in data entry and computer skills
* Empathetic towards differing customers needs
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
