We’re looking for a Multiskilled HVAC/Plumbing Engineer to undertake reactive and planned maintenance. The role involves repairing and maintaining all M&E assets across the site, primarily at LCY2, with potential support at nearby Amazon locations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Carry out mechanical remedial works and rectify mechanical faults.
* Execute planned maintenance in accordance with the company’s PPM and task schedules.
* Undertake PPM activity in a quality and professional manner.
* Produce technical and situational reports as required.
* Use the company’s technology systems to ensure contractual compliance.
* Communicate clearly and effectively with the team and clients.
* Attend team meetings and briefings as requested.
* Present the company in a positive light.
* Escalate major site issues or incidents to the line manager promptly.
* Understand and comply with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality legislation and the company’s roles and responsibilities.
* Be based at Amazon LCY3 but may be required to travel to other local Amazon sites as needed.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Clear DBS check.
* City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 HAVC/Air conditioning.
* City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 Plumbing.
* Hot Water Systems and Safety Course G3 (Part G3 Building Regulations).
* Water regulations & Level 8.
* PASMA.
* IPAF.
