We’re working with a friendly, Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ secondary school in Wolverhampton that’s looking for a Geography Cover Supervisor to join them straight away.
This is a full-time, long-term role, ideal if you’re looking for something consistent where you can really settle in, build rapport with students, and feel part of the school community.
The humanities department is supportive, well-organised, and full of people who’ve got your back from day one.

What your day will look like
You’ll be delivering pre-set Geography lessons and keeping things running smoothly:
* Leading KS3 and KS4 classes using prepared materials
* Keeping students engaged, focused, and on task
* Managing behaviour with confidence and consistency
* Supporting pupils as they explore topics from ecosystems to urban change
* Working closely with a collaborative humanities team

What we’re looking for
You don’t need to be a qualified teacher, but confidence is key.
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has experience working with young people (schools, tutoring, coaching, youth work)
* Has a genuine interest in Geography or Humanities
* Builds rapport quickly and keeps students engaged
* Stays calm, organised, and positive in the classroom
* Is keen to gain valuable school experience
