Butters John Bee Estate Agents are seeking an experienced Property Management Manager to lead our established team in Hanley. The successful candidate must have a proven background in managing residential properties and leading a team of property managers. This is a key role, ensuring the smooth running of our property management department and maintaining high standards of service. Strong organisational skills and a thorough understanding of property legislation are essential.

What you'll be doing as a Property Management Manager at butters john bee Estate Agents in Hanley
14. Managing a team of property managers.
15. Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings)
16. Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.
17. Property inspections
18. Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
19. Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
20. Deposit returns
21. Resolving rental arrears
22. Processing eviction requests
23. Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
24. Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports
The skills and abilities you will need to be a Property Management Manager at butters john bee Estate Agents in Hanley
25. Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Property Manager within residential lettings
26. Creates and encourages a positive team spirit and enjoyable working environment
27. Develop your team, to advance their careers
28. Create and maintain strong relationships with all clients
29. Strong knowledge of current residential lettings legislation
Driving Requirements
30. You must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence
31. If you wish to use your own vehicle, that vehicle must be less than 10 years old
32. To be eligible for a car allowance, your vehicle must be less than 5 years old.
33. Full business-use car insurance cover (if successful in securing the position and choosing to use your own vehicle)
