Your New Role
As the Senior Legal Associate (Contract Management), you will support clients by drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts, providing general support to the clients' contracts management and in-house legal teams. Responsibilities
* Drafting and negotiating various Commercial Contracts.
* Collaborating with in-house legal teams on international deals, bids, procurement, marketing, professional services, media, technology, or consumer matters.
* Managing active caseloads and ensuring compliance with delivery commitments.
* Inputting and maintaining data on company and client systems.
* Developing contract templates, playbooks, and tools for team use.
* Contributing to continuous service improvement and value addition.
What You Need To Succeed
Essential Criteria:
* Legal Degree and/or qualification, eligible to work legally in the role's country.
* Minimum 4 years of drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, ideally within a law firm, ALSP, or in-house legal team.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Strong attention to detail and client-facing experience.
* Good commercial awareness and knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word.

Desirable Criteria:
