The position:We are looking for an On-Site Coordinatorwho will be in charge of the operational delivery success and growth of one of our job&talent Global Clients. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week Salary: £27,000 Contract Type: Permanent Location: NN17
Role of an On-Site Coordinator:
1. Manage daily worker bookings and payroll inputs
2. Ensure compliance with processes
3. Manage attendance, absence, and disciplinaries
4. Liaise with clients and workers on routine matters
5. Provide operational support to Account Managers
As an On-Site Coordinator, you will need to have:
6. Strong communication skills both written & verbal.
7. The ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and strong problem-solving skills
8. Demonstrate attention to detail
9. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
10. Ability to simultaneously perform multiple tasks
11. Problem-solving attitude makes effective decisions in a fast-paced environment
