We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Payroll Administrator to join our hotel’s People & Finance team. This is a fully on‑site role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and can hit the ground running. You will be responsible for the end‑to‑end processing of payroll for a diverse workforce, ensuring accuracy,pliance, and exceptional internal service.
Your new role
1. Process the full payroll cycle using ADP iHCM, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
2. Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and payroll data.
3. Manage starters, leavers, and changes including hours, deductions, and benefits.
4. Handle holiday calculations, sickness, statutory payments, and shift-related pay.
5. Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies prior to final approval.
6. Liaise with HR, Finance, and departmental managers regarding payroll queries.
7. Ensurepliance with UK employment legislation and HMRC regulations.
8. Prepare payroll-related reports, audits, and monthly summaries.
9. Support with year-end activities including P60s, P11Ds and other statutory returns.
What you'll need to succeed
10. Minimum 2 years’ payroll experience, ideally within hospitality or multi-shift environments.
11. Immediate availability to start.
12. Must befortable working 5 days per week on-site.
13. Strong working knowledge of ADP iHCM is essential.
14. Solid understanding of UK payroll legislation and statutory requirements.
15. Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
16. Ability to manage deadlines in a high‑volume setting.
17. Strongmunication and problem‑solving skills.
