About the Role
:
As a Multi Skilled Operative within the Maidstone branch, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of property maintenance duties across NHS sites. This will include general repairs, minor plumbing, carpentry and other multi-trade works.
You will be part of a local team delivering high-quality maintenance, repair, and refurbishment services to NHS buildings, ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with all safety, quality, and cost control standards.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong time management and organisational skills, a proactive approach to work, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Role Criteria
1. NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a core trade
2. Ability to undertake works including carpentry and joinery, plastering, and plumbing
3. Experience across additional trade disciplines
4. Ability to understand and follow standard operating procedures
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Willingness to participate in an out-of-hours (OOH) rota
7. Full UK driving license
