Latin-American Spanish Localisation Tester - 12 Month Contract facilitated via our staffing partner DZX.
Please note this role will be office-based.
The main responsibilities include:
* Quality assurance of assigned software products throughout the QA test phase.
* Testing software once localized assets have been implemented in-game.
* Reporting all language bugs found during testing clearly and effectively via the bug tracking database.
* Performing confirmation testing in one or more languages when required.
* Proofreading and correcting translations provided by external companies for software products.
* Ensuring quality, accuracy, and consistency throughout localized assets, tools, game, and manual.
* Making fixes directly to language text assets when needed.
* Assisting other Test Services and Engineering Services teams with general testing duties as required.
* Supporting project and process-related tasks.
* Occasionally providing in-house translations.
* Occasionally assisting in translating packaging text for consoles, peripherals, and PlayStation component names.
