What we'll need you to brin
1. SVQ level 2 qualification (or equivalent experience) plus at experience in healthcare administration or experience in a secretarial role
2. Understanding of medical terminology
3. Evidence of effective team working and dealing with change
4. Evidence of strong communication skills with patients, clinicians and colleagues.
5. Excellent organisational skills
6. Evidence of strong competence with relevant IT systems
7. Audio typing skills
Please note for all vacancies where a driving licence is required this must be a full UK/EU/EEA licence.
It would be great if you also have
8. General secretarial background
9. Experience as a Medical Secretary
10. Knowledge of WinScribe and TrakCare systems
11. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word for Windows).
12. Accurate spelling
13. Sound knowledge of digital dictation system and TrakCare
