Summary
As an Enterprise Architect - IT Operating Model Design, you will provide technical expertise and strategic guidance to our clients as they navigate the complexities of building a value-stream aligned Product and Platform operating model. Your deep understanding of technology and enterprise architecture will be instrumental in translating the high-level operating model into a detailed, actionable hybrid delivery framework that seamlessly integrates agile and waterfall approaches.
You Will
* Advise on tooling and architecture considerations that support the transition from decentralised to centralised IT structure
* Contribute to the design of integration mechanisms between delivery models, ensuring technical alignment and governance
* Collaborate with the Operating Model and Organisational Design Lead to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive solution
* Establish positive relationships with clients and peers, fostering credibility and empowering career development
* Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, identifying new opportunities for account growth and impact
Ideally, We'd Like
* 7+ years of technology and enterprise architecture experience, with at least 4+ years in management consulting, advisory, or professional services
* Strong understanding of TOGAF and experience creating architecture blueprints, roadmaps, and application modernisation strategies
* Knowledge of hybrid delivery methodology (agile/waterfall) with technical governance framework design experience
* Experience with IT Service Management, including service design, ITSM processes, and performance frameworks
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build consensus with clients and teammates
* Creative problem-solving skills and a proven ability to find or design simple solutions to complex challenges
* Bachelor's degree, with a master's degree and/or applicable professional certifications (TOGAF, ITIL, etc.) as a bonus
