Leeds City Academy is seeking to appoint an ambitious and committed Assistant Director of Science to support the strategic leadership and ongoing development of our Science department. This role represents an excellent opportunity for an outstanding teacher who is ready to take the next step in their leadership journey. Working closely with the Director of Science, you will help drive improvements in curriculum design, teaching and learning, and outcomes across the department, while remaining a highly effective classroom practitioner. The successful candidate will play a key role in coaching colleagues, embedding consistent practice, and fostering a culture of high expectations and aspiration.
