This is an immediate start opportunity for a committed and adaptable TA who is passionate about supporting young people with a variety of needs and making a meaningful impact on their school experience.
The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work flexibly across the school, providing in-class and small-group support to pupils with a range of academic, behavioural, and additional needs. You will be an important part of a supportive staff team focused on inclusion, engagement, and pupil progress.
Key responsibilities include:

Supporting pupils across different subjects and year groups
*
Working with students with a range of needs, including SEN and SEMH
*
Assisting teachers with classroom organisation and learning activities
*
Providing targeted support to help pupils stay focused and engaged
*
Building positive relationships and promoting confidence and independence

Requirements

Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role

Confidence supporting pupils with a variety of needs
