We're working in partnership with a leading public sector organisation to recruit a dynamic Organisational Development Partner for an immediate temporary contract, supporting a well-established People and Organisational Development team. The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of a wide range of People and Organisational Development (POD) initiatives in a complex healthcare setting. You will help implement strategic HR and culture priorities, including leadership development, employee engagement, quality improvement, and onboarding programmes. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and autonomy and is confident in both designing and delivering people development solutions in a fast-paced and values-led environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver a range of learning and OD programmes, including accredited leadership and management courses. Lead people-focused interventions aligned with organisational values and goals. Support onboarding, employability, and coaching/mentoring initiatives. Work collaboratively with the digital team and external partners to ensure high-quality learning delivery. Contribute to data-driven reporting, quality assurance and continuous improvement. May manage a small team of L&D staff and deputise for senior managers as required. Ideal Candidate Proven experience in Organisational Development, Learning & Development, or a similar role. Experience designing, facilitating, and evaluating professional development programmes. Strong stakeholder engagement skills and a collaborative approach. Knowledge of leadership frameworks, quality improvement, or healthcare environments is desirable. Comfortable using digital platforms to deliver and track learning outcomes. Holds relevant qualifications in Learning & Development, HR, or Organisational Psychology.
