Responsibilities:
* Manage key accounts whilst developing relationships with new and existing customers.
* Generate targeted sales to expand the company market share.
* Manage customers from various locations alongside collaborating with colleagues from both head office and international offices.
* Prospect new markets / customers to generate orders to increase annual sales targets.
* Assist customers to identify Power Solutions to suit their specific needs and requirements.
* Actively promote company products and achieve new business.
* Manage and resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, collaborating with internal departments, developing solutions, and making recommendations.
* Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
* Produce periodical reports.
* Keep up to date with product applications, technical services, market conditions and competitive activities.
Skills & Experience:
* A strong aptitude for sales is essential.
* Excellent communication skills, including professional telephone etiquette.
* Confident user of key Microsoft packages
* Experience of using CRM system (preferred)
* Account management experience 1 year (preferred)
* Sales experience 1 year (preferred)
