OVERVIEW:
- This role primarily focuses on probate administration, with some involvement in drafting wills. You will manage files from initiation to completion.
- You will liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth case progression whilst maintaining up:to:date knowledge of relevant legal developments and legislation.
- Excellent standards of client care and great communication skills are a must.
- Applications are sought from Probate Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 3 Years PQE.
- This role is primarily office:based; however, flexible working arrangements may be considered for specific employees when justified or deemed necessary.
