Registered Nurse – Chemotherapy
We are recruiting for a Registered Nurse – Chemotherapy to join our team and provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to patients in a Chemotherapy Day Unit that treats patients with a wide variety of systemic anti‑cancer therapies. The unit operates Monday to Friday and works closely with other units on site and at our acute trust site.
Key Responsibilities
* Safe administration of cytotoxic chemotherapy, immunotherapy and monoclonal anti‑body agents within the oncology patient group.
* Provide ongoing support to patients and their carers.
* Maintain high nursing care standards in accordance with hospital policies, procedures and standards.
* Support the Senior Nurse for Chemotherapy Services and other team members.
* Contribute to service improvement and create a good learning environment.
Qualifications and Experience
* Registered Registered Nurse with a willingness to undertake training in oncology.
* Preferred experience in oncology and delivery of systemic anti‑cancer treatment.
* Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Compensation and Benefits
High‑Cost Area Supplement of 15% of basic salary, subject to a minimum payment of £4,552 and a maximum payment of £5,735 per annum pro rata.
