A Learning Support Worker may work with any child or group of children within a department or mainstream class, following individualised education programmes and collaborating with professionals such as Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Child Psychologists.

Sandwick Junior High School is a non-denominational school located in Sandwick, Shetland, offering early years provision and out-of-school care. The school serves around 200 pupils from the South Mainland area, with classes from S1 to S4, and is managed by a Head Teacher, Depute Head Teachers, and other senior staff.

* This is a permanent part-time role, 30 hours/week, 39 weeks/year plus 6.24 weeks paid holiday during school holidays.
