This role is focused on processing applications for school bus passes and free travel for students via bespoke databases. No call handling required—just strong data skills and accuracy. Key Responsibilities * Input and approve high-volume applications for school transport passes * Process and manage student free travel applications * Maintain data accuracy across COSA and Flexiroute systems * Update spreadsheets and assist with general administrative tasks Required Skills * Proven experience in data entry and administration * Comfortable working with bespoke databases * Proficient in basic computer systems and spreadsheet management * Strong attention to detail and communication skills Once appointed, will need to start within 10 working days.
