Financials
* Starting Salary: £23,809 - £26,184, dependent on experience
* Annual Bonus: approximately £2000 - £2500
* Pro-rata'd for part-time roles
* 5.5% Pension Contribution: approximately £1309 - £1440 depending on salary
Working Hours
* Full Time: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
* Compressed work schedule offering additional long weekends

The Role
* Manage technical and customer service aspects of drainage, water mains, and subsidence insurance claims
* Handle claims promptly and cost-effectively while maintaining excellent customer care
* Assess claim liabilities and prepare proposals and quotes for on-site work
